Corey Jackson was instrumental in his team's 9-8 triumph over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. The right fielder was 3-3 with 3 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Frisco RoughRiders. Reliever Erik Rizzo picked up the win. His record improves to 3-2. Justin Miller took the loss. With the win over Northwest Arkansas, the RoughRiders improved to 60-53.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Jackson hit a fastball from Justin Miller for a run-scoring single. The RoughRiders, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It was a test of wills," said Andy Fletcher, the Frisco skipper. "I'm glad we came out of it with a win."
