Frisco RoughRiders starter Eric Hanold turned in a sterling performance against the Tulsa Drillers, leading his team to a slim 1-0 win. Frisco pitcher Erik Rizzo got the win. He's now 4-2. Chris Coverdale was tagged with the loss. At 62-54, the RoughRiders claim second place in the South Division.

Ramon Ponce was the walk-off hero for Frisco. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the RoughRiders designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Ponce said, postgame.
