The Tulsa Drillers picked up a win at ONEOK Field, taking down the Frisco RoughRiders, 7-4. Starting pitcher Jared Coffin was a big reason why. Coffin picked up the win for Tulsa, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 2-0. The Drillers improved their record to 74-44 by beating Frisco.

Bob Porter hit a 2-run double off Rich Alva in the bottom of the third, which put the Drillers in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Porter had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.

"Jared was bobbing and weaving the whole game," said Tulsa manager Nate Bouse.
