The Midland RockHounds got production from their entire lineup in an easy 13-3 win over the Arkansas Travelers. Doing his part was center fielder Billy Stengel. Stengel went 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 runs. Pete Friedman picked up the win with 9 innings of work. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 3. On the season, he is now 7-10. The win makes Midland 51-73.

The RockHounds got a big hit from catcher Marco Reineri. In the bottom of the seventh, Reineri pounded a 3-run home run to right. His 1st home run of the season put the RockHounds ahead, 13-2.
