A 3-RBI performance from Bill Oien helped the Midland RockHounds beat the Corpus Christi Hooks, 11-5. The last-place RockHounds sport a record of 47-79.

In the first inning, Oien had a 2-run double for Midland. It was his 7th double of the season and put the RockHounds on top, 3-0.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Oien told the Midland Times.
