|
Getting a good performance from center fielder Ronnie Prokop, the San Antonio Missions defeated the Frisco RoughRiders, 3-1. Prokop was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the Missions. The second-place RoughRiders have dropped 5 straight games.
In the bottom of the first inning, first baseman Chris Sparks had a run-scoring double for San Antonio. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Missions on top, 1-0.
