The Frisco RoughRiders wasted an impressive 8.2-inning effort from starter Terry Penberthy, falling, 1-0, to the San Antonio Missions in 10 innings at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium. San Antonio pitcher Bobby Isom got the win. He's now 3-2. Julio Vigil was tagged with the loss. San Antonio currently is in second place in the South Division at 66-67.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when San Antonio designated hitter Aaron Thomas, facing Julio Vigil, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Missions the 1-0 win.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Thomas.
