Midland Upended, 4-0, by San Antonio
|
The first-place San Antonio Missions took on the Midland RockHounds in front of a spirited crowd.
Wade Ray pitched well, but his team, the Midland RockHounds, still dropped a 4-0 decision to the San Antonio Missions at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium. San Antonio is now 88-50.
In the top of the third, the Missions found themselves in a jam. Midland had the bases loaded with two out. The score was 2-0, San Antonio. Jaime Mayes was at the plate, hoping to deal the Missions a serious blow. Instead, he lined out to end the threat.
