Aguilera Pitches Gem as Hillcats Beat Frederick, 8-0
The Frederick Keys were almost helpless today in their 8-0 loss to the Lynchburg Hillcats and hurler Santiago Aguilera. Aguilera kept the Keys confused all game, spinning a 2-hit shutout.

"Tip your hat to Aguilera," Frederick manager Mark Crompton said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night."

The 27-year-old right-hander had no walks and 11 strikeouts in a strong performance.

"It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Aguilera said. "It was just one of those games that things went my way."
