The Myrtle Beach Pelicans picked up a win at Grainger Stadium, knocking off the Carolina Mudcats, 4-0, in 10 innings. Starting pitcher Jacopo Figura played a key role in the triumph. The loss drops Carolina to 4-3.

Though he did not get the decision, Figura did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 7 innings, until Myrtle Beach eventually rallied past the Mudcats.

In postgame comments, Figura said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
