Wilmington Blue Rocks starter Alex Lara was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Potomac Nationals, 4-0. The loss makes the Nationals 5-9.

It could have been a different outcome for Wilmington, had it not been for Jose Rodriguez, the 23-year old center fielder . Rodriguez contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the ninth inning to put Wilmington up, 2-0.

Rodriguez attributed the win to "everyone pulling their weight."
