Myrtle Beach designated hitter Elias Jasso made his presence felt in the 6-5 Pelicans triumph over the Frederick Keys. Jasso was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The win moves Myrtle Beach to a record of 13-7.

Had Jasso not come through in the top of the eighth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Jasso hit a grand slam home run. The Pelicans took the lead, 6-5, and never looked back.
