Júlio Bourbon, who is tied for 5th in the CAR in strikeouts with 34, never let the Red Sox get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Keys to a win, 5-1. The winning pitcher was Bourbon, now 3-2. He tossed 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 7. David Santana earned the save, his 1st.

Frederick used a clutch at-bat from Harry Valdivia to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Keys ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"When you are able to locate the ball, good things are going to happen," said Bourbon.

Salem is now 11-13.
