Evans Neutralizes Nationals
The Wilmington Blue Rocks went home winners at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Harry Evans. Evans stifled the Potomac Nationals, enabling Wilmington to grab the 4-1 win. The Blue Rocks, now 13-19, know that wins in May count the same as wins in September.

Evans gave Wilmington a blue-ribbon performance. The 6-foot-4 left-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 7.2 innings of work.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Evans.
