Chris Phillips kept the Winston-Salem Dash hitters from doing much damage at BB&T Ballpark.

Winston-Salem could only muster 5 hits and draw 1 walk against the right-handed Phillips, who controlled them throughout the game. Potomac won the contest, 3-0. Phillips added 10 strikeouts in his complete-game effort.

"I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Phillips told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time."
