Blue Rocks Take Tight Tangle
The Wilmington Blue Rocks had to overcome a fine effort from Myrtle Beach pitcher Jacopo Figura to win, 4-3, at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark. Figura went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs. The Blue Rocks win now puts them at 22-14.

Dave Trevino came through with a big-time hit for Wilmington. The pinch hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I really like what we did out there today," Trevino said after the game.
