Potomac Gets 5-3 Win
|
Potomac Nationals starter Remco de Vos was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Winston-Salem Dash, 5-3. The third-place Nationals raised their record to 29-35.
Mark Dittman, the 25-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Dittman contributed a 2-run single in the top of the third inning to put Potomac up, 2-0.
"I found a nice groove out there," said de Vos.
