Sanchez, who is tied for 10th in the CAR in runs scored with 34, was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Frederick in the contest. The winning pitcher was Butch Torres. He tossed 121 pitches over 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits. Luis Cuellar earned the save for Frederick, his 2nd of the year.
