Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Blue Rocks
The Wilmington Blue Rocks, with some walk-off drama, delighted their fans at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium.

The Wilmington Blue Rocks stopped the Winston-Salem Dash, 9-7, in 10 innings at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium. The Blue Rocks got a big game from Zach Kennard, who went 3-5 with 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Wilmington currently is in third place in the Northern Division at 49-48.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Wilmington. That's when D'Andre Barnes hit a 3-run home run off 24-year old left-handed pitcher Omar Acosta to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

Kennard described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
