Jasso Terrific in 8-1 Potomac Triumph
The Potomac Nationals picked up a win at Grainger Stadium, downing the Carolina Mudcats, 8-1. On the mound for Potomac was right-hander Jose Jasso, who played a pivotal role in the win. With the win over Carolina, the Nationals improved to 52-49.

Jasso earned the win to move to 5-1. In his complete game performance, he allowed 1 run, while limiting the Mudcats to 3 hits.

"Jose pitched one heck of a game for us," said Potomac manager Cruz Mares.
