Frederick Keys starter Rafael de Jesus turned in a top-notch performance against the Potomac Nationals at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium. The result was a win for the Keys, 4-1. Jose Romo earned his 10th save in 10 chances. The Keys improved their record to 48-54 by beating Potomac.

Frederick took a 4-1 lead on Freddie Brophy's 4th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Brophy hit in the top of the ninth, left Potomac pitcher Francisco Valdez visibly frustrated.

"Watch and learn," said Brophy. "This is what good pitching looks like."
