Armando Rosa, who is tied for 6th in the CAR in wins with 8, pitched a gem in leading Wilmington to a 1-0 victory over the Potomac Nationals. The third-place Blue Rocks are now 54-52, the Nationals 52-54.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Rosa said.
