Alberto Diaz pitched a gem to lead Potomac to victory over the Wilmington Blue Rocks, 4-1. The win makes Potomac 53-57.

Andres Rangel had a big 2-run triple for the Nationals in the bottom of the second inning. With Potomac leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from 25-year old right-handed pitcher Arturo Melendez and swatted a triple to right. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Nationals ahead, 3-0.

"I felt strong out there," said Diaz.
