Right-hander Isaiah Reid mesmerized the Lynchburg Hillcats while leading the Frederick Keys to a 3-0 victory. Jim Coffey, who leads the CAR in holds with 14, earned the save for Frederick. The win puts the Keys at 71-39, while the Hillcats drop to 54-55.

Reid scattered 3 hits over 7.1 innings for the Keys. With the win, Reid goes to 12-2 on the year with 89 strikeouts.

"We were trying to do a difficult thing -- winning a game without scoring," said Lynchburg manager Diego Perez. "That's not going to work out."
