The Winston-Salem Dash did just enough to secure a victory over the Frederick Keys, 5-4, in 10 innings at BB&T Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher David Fuentes. Mike Muniz picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 7-0. Bernie Carrillo was tagged with the loss. Winston-Salem goes to 61-52, Frederick to 63-50.

The decisive blow was delivered by Matt Thomas in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 29-year old right-handed pitcher Bernie Carrillo to win the game for Winston-Salem. The home crowd went nuts.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Fuentes.
