Lorenzo Llamas pitched a gem to lead Myrtle Beach to victory over the Frederick Keys, 2-1. Myrtle Beach, at 69-71, occupies second place in the Southern Division.

Skyler McGuire, who is tied for 4th in the CAR in total bases with 189, had a direct impact on the outcome. McGuire contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the second inning to put Myrtle Beach up, 2-0.
