Tortugas Rally to Eke Out Win
Tampa third baseman Justin Wise was sensational. He was 4 for 5 with 4 singles, while scoring 2 times. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Daytona beat the Yankees, 6-5, in 10 innings. By defeating Tampa, the second-place Tortugas improved to 20-12.

The Tortugas got a clutch hit from right fielder Greg Austin. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Tortugas.

"A lot to like, just frustrated that we came up short," said Tampa manager Mitch Renfer.
