The Dunedin Blue Jays picked up a win at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium, knocking off the Lakeland Flying Tigers, 5-4. Starting pitcher Jason Clark was a big reason why. Clark yielded 4 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 4, and struck out 6. His record improves to 3-0. The save went to Wayne Lambert, number 1 for him.

Willie Molina aided the Dunedin cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the shortstop went 1 for 4.

"That's what good pitchers do," said Dunedin manager Manny Miranda. "They find a way."

The Blue Jays raised their record to 27-14.
