Kyle Gruhlke could take little solace in pitching a good game. The fact is his Daytona Tortugas lost, dropping a 2-1 decision to the Fort Myers Miracle at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. Ryan Benjamin snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits over 3 innings. He's now 3-1 on the season. Fort Myers now sports a record of 44-25.

Fort Myers took the lead, 2-1, on Frank Carrasquillo's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run came off Daytona pitcher Kyle Gruhlke in the top of the seventh.
