Ricky Gonzalez had a hand in Altoona defeating Erie by the score of 8-7. Gonzalez went 3 for 5 at the plate, scoring 1 times and driving in 3 runs. Altoona reliever Adan Cardenas was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Armando Contreras took the loss. Sid Massagli finished to wrap up his 4th save.
