Behind the bravura of right fielder Travis Braga, the Reading Fightin Phils topped the Bowie Baysox by the score of 6-4. Braga was 2-5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Fightin Phils. Picking up the save was Daniel Jenney, his 3rd. With the win, Reading elevates its record to 10-5.

The game was at a stalemate until shortstop Sean Halliburton came to bat in the top of the eighth. Facing Bowie pitcher Sergio Rosas, he hit a 0-1 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Reading on top, 6-4.
