Palm Beach right fielder Efrain Castro was instrumental in helping the Cardinals triumph, 5-3, over the Tampa Yankees. Castro was 3-4 with a triple and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Jonathan Saiz, now 5-5, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. The win puts the Cardinals at 60-35, while the Yankees drop to 33-62.

Castro had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the eighth, when he hit a 2-run triple. The Cardinals went on to win.

"We did the things that it takes to win a game," said Castro.
