The Charlotte Stone Crabs faced a tough opponent in Brevard County pitcher Ryan Barre, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Charlotte Sports Park by a final score of 5-2. Barre went 6.2 innings and allowed 1 run. Charlotte starter Justin Strickland was credited with the win after throwing 59 pitches over 5.1 innings. His record now stands at 7-15. Charlotte has now won 4 straight.
