Miracle Suffer 5-2 Loss to Threshers
|
T.J. Lynch was instrumental in his team's 5-2 triumph over the Fort Myers Miracle. The left fielder was 3-4 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Clearwater Threshers. Clearwater reliever Szymon Krzeminski was the winner. His record is now 3-5. Andres Rubio took the loss. The setback makes Fort Myers 77-50.
Jesus Ceniceros drove in one run for Clearwater. The 22-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Andres Rubio. It was his 9th RBI of the season.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Ceniceros said.
