It might have been a rain-shorted game, but Mets fans didn't seem to mind as long as their team got the win.

The St. Lucie Mets handed the Lakeland Flying Tigers a sound defeat, 15-3, at Joker Marchant Stadium. Andy Blizzard was a main contributor to the win. He went 2 for 3 with a triple, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 4 times and driving in 3 for St. Lucie. St. Lucie has a record of 77-59, placing them third in the FSL South.

David Hollomon helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 3-0, Mets.
