Burlington right fielder Chad Karwacki was instrumental in helping the Bees triumph, 5-4, over the Quad Cities River Bandits. Karwacki went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Burlington has a mark of 1-3 after the win.

With Burlington leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Karwacki hit a cutter from Ben Smith for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Bees ahead, 5-0.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Karwacki told the Burlington Daily News.
