LumberKings Win Nail-Biter in 10
The Clinton LumberKings wiggled past the Burlington Bees, 7-6, in 10 innings at Ashford University Field. The win was highlighted by the performance of Clinton center fielder Aykhaz Kushkian. The LumberKings are off to a tough start, getting just their 4th win in 13 games.

The decisive blow was delivered by Jim Scroggins in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 21-year old right-handed pitcher Mike James to win the game for Clinton. The home crowd went nuts.

Kushkian said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
