Kralik has 3 hits, Ignites Dayton Offense
The Dayton Dragons topped the Great Lakes Loons, 12-4, with second baseman Ryan Kralik playing a big role. Kralik was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Dragons in the win. Guillermo Riano, the winner, is now 3-0. He struck out 4 and walked 3 over 6.1 innings, while allowing 1 run on 3 hits. Great Lakes falls to 7-7.

The Loons had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Dragons going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 22-year old shortstop Manny Lucero came to the plate. Lucero hit a run-scoring double on a first pitch cutter from Great Lakes hurler Randy Reis. It was Lucero's 2nd double of the year.
