Hot Rods Need Extra Frames to Get Past Cubs
Bowling Green starter Jayden Wilkins pitched well against the South Bend Cubs at Four Winds Field at Coveleski Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-2, in 10 innings. Mark Dunn finished the game for Bowling Green and earned his 1st save. Bowling Green now has a record of 7-8.

John Ritter had a direct impact on the outcome. Ritter contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the tenth inning to put Bowling Green up, 3-2.
