Carver Now 2-0 After Beating Cougars
|
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers topped the Kane County Cougars, 3-0, in Midwest League action at Neuroscience Feild at Fox Cities Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Wisconsin pitcher Steve Carver. Daniel Reyes earned the save, his 3rd. The win gives Wisconsin a record of 12-12.
Carver allowed no runs on 1 hit over 7 innings for the Timber Rattlers. With the win, he is 2-0 with an ERA of 2.81.
