Adan Silva, who is tied for 2nd in the MID in wins with 5, had a strong outing for the Kane County Cougars against the Bowling Green Hot Rods at Fifth Third Bank Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-2 win. The win gives Kane County a record of 20-8.
Chad Chrisley, who is tied for 3rd in the MID in bases on balls with 16, helped out the Kane County cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the left fielder was 2-3 with 2 singles.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Silva.
