Berman Swings Hot Rods to 6-2 Win
The game between Bowling Green and Great Lakes is in the books, despite a little rain.

The 6-2 Bowling Green win over Great Lakes was due largely to Josh Berman. The Hot Rods left fielder was 4 for 4 with 3 doubles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Bowling Green goes to 23-21, while the Loons fall to 28-16.

With Bowling Green leading 3-1 in the top of the second, Berman hit a fastball from Michael Doyle for a 2-run double. It was his 10th double of the season and put the Hot Rods ahead, 5-1.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Berman said.
