The Fort Wayne TinCaps topped the Great Lakes Loons, 6-3, in Midwest League action at Parkview Field. The standout performance belonged to Fort Wayne pitcher and Camden, New Jersey, native Matt Cant. The winner was Cant. He threw 7.0 innings allowing 3 runs. The loser was David Merchan. Mark Carnathan earned the save for Fort Wayne, his 5th of the year.
