Paskewitz goes 3-for-3 in Timber Rattlers Win
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers powered past the South Bend Cubs, 11-6, at Neuroscience Feild at Fox Cities Stadium. Mike Paskewitz provided some of the pop. The Admiral went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Jay Garza earned the win to go to 12-2. He allowed 4 runs on 9 hits, with 1 walk and 8 strikeouts in 6 innings of work. Greg Hood locked down his 1st save.

Jordan Villalpando had a big 2-run double for the Timber Rattlers in the bottom of the first inning. With Wisconsin leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 22-year old right-handed pitcher Nick Lippoldt and swatted a double to right. It was his 19th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Timber Rattlers ahead, 3-0.

"We came out aggressive," said Timber Rattlers manager Geghetsik Kazaryan. "We came out swinging the bats."

The first-place Timber Rattlers lifted their record to 72-22.
