The Quad Cities River Bandits picked up a win at Ashford University Field, knocking off the Clinton LumberKings, 2-1. Starting pitcher Will Lepp played a key role in the triumph. Lepp went 7.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 0, and struck out 8. His record improves to 10-5. With this game in the books, Quad Cities is 64-39, Clinton 37-66.
