Norfolk's Joseph Will Miss Season Wednesday, July 10th , 2109 The season is finished for Mike Joseph of the Norfolk Tides. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Tides starting pitcher suffered a torn back muscle while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Durham Bulls. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. In 17 starts this season, Joseph has notched a 6-8 record and a 5.74 ERA. |
