IL's #1 Batter Chosen Saturday, September 1st , 2108 When Nick Olheiser stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the International League Batter of the Month award. The young Toledo first baseman posted a .368 batting average with 6 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 21 runs. Olheiser also worked pitchers for 8 walks to post a .427 on-base percentage.
