West Division Title Goes to Bats Sunday, September 9th , 2108 Grown men turned into little boys, some even breaking into tears, in the Louisville Bats clubhouse, after the team clinched the West Division. "We can relax a bit, for now anyway," said manager Isaac Moles. "I'm proud of every guy in the room for what we've done this season." The club has a 81-59 record as they head towards the playoffs in search of their 9th Round 2 championship. Starting Pitcher Dan Costello said the team is happy to clinch what is the club's 30th division title, but "wouldn't be happy until we're lifting that trophy." |
