IL Hands Out Reliever of the Year Sunday, October 5th , 2110
The International League Reliever of the Year for 2110 has been bestowed on Buffalo Bisons relief specialist Dustin Marks.
The 29-year-old bullpen ace, out of Leesburg, Florida, nailed down the award with 24 saves in 65 relief appearances, 96 strikeouts in 108 innings and a record of 10 wins and 10 losses to go with his 2.58 ERA.
He received 8 first place votes out of a possible 14. Phil Richeson of the Toledo Mud Hens finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Mike DeWolfe of the Syracuse Chiefs finished third with 1 first place vote.
