Injury Sidelines John Ekdar for Season Friday, June 14th , 2109 The Albuquerque Isotopes were dealt a blow today when reliever John Ekdar left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Ekdar has suffered radial nerve compression and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. To date this year, Ekdar has saved 2 games while tossing 18 innings. He has a 6.50 ERA, fanned 15 batters and made 11 relief appearances. |
