Wilson Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Monday, July 30th , 2108 Nobody has been able to shut down Reno Aces center fielder Zack Wilson in recent days. The Colorado Springs Sky Sox fared no better than the rest. Today at Security Service Field, Wilson picked up 2 hits in 4 at-bats en route to a win, 8-4. It stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. Zack Wilson doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. Thus far in 2108, Wilson is hitting .302 with 8 home runs, 37 RBIs, 47 runs scored and has compiled a .351 OBP. |
