Memphis Skunked by Colon, 9-0 Sunday, July 20th , 2110 Jose Colon kept the Memphis Redbirds hitters from doing much damage at Principal Park. Memphis could only muster 4 hits and draw 1 walk against the right-handed Colon, who controlled them throughout the game. Iowa won the contest, 9-0. Colon added 6 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Colon told reporters after the shutout win.
